Even though sugar gets hard, it can still be good for use.
The only challenge will be measuring the hardened sugar using a teaspoon or tablespoon will not give the accurate measurement.
To use the hardened sugar, you will need to first break the dense brown lump into particles.
For tea, get the broken dense brown lump and put in a cup of hot water and it will dissolve quickly, then you have to stir the tea using a teaspoon.
You can also melt the sugar incase it gets hard. You have to use a saucepan to melt the sugar if it gets hard. Then after the sugar is melted, you will use for tea or for any food recipe which requires sugar.
