The quantity of grams in one cup of rice.


1 cup of rice consists of the following grams;

  • 180ml cup × 0.85g of raw rice = 153 grams. A 180ml cup will weigh 153 grams of raw rice.

  • 250ml cup × 0.85g of raw rice = 212.5 grams. A 250ml cup will weigh 212.5 grams of raw rice.
